- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt Aquametricas services.
4. Data Security & Privacy
Aquametricas operates on secure cloud infrastructure provided by Vercel and Neon Postgres. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and GDPR.
We use modern authentication, RBAC permissions, and encrypted environment variables to protect your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Limitation of Liability
Aquametricas and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable laws. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will cease immediately.
